What you send through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, the topic you selected, and your message are delivered to the firm by email through a form-delivery service (Web3Forms). The firm uses that information only to respond to you and to check for conflicts of interest. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Please do not put Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank account numbers, or copies of IRS notices in the form. If you become a client, you will be given a secure method for sending documents.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. The firm sees aggregate figures such as which pages are read and what kind of device was used, not who you are.
Cookies and advertising
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers.
Fonts and hosting
Pages are hosted by Vercel and load typefaces from Google Fonts. As with any website, those providers receive your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the page.
Phone calls and email
If you call or email the office, the firm keeps what is needed to respond and to maintain its conflict-check records, as Texas lawyers are required to do.
